Where can I use my gift card?
Canna Blooms gift cards can only be used in store, at the register. They can't be used for online orders, over the phone, or at any other business.
How do I pay with my gift card?
Bring your physical card to the register. The cashier scans it and you enter the PIN from under the scratch-off. You can use your whole balance or just part of it.
What if my purchase costs more than my balance?
We'll use your full gift card balance and you can pay the rest with another accepted payment method.
Does my leftover balance stay on the card?
Yes. Whatever you don't spend stays on the card for your next visit. Keep your card and check your balance here anytime.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
No. Gift cards have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded for cash, except where required by law.
Where are my card number and PIN?
Both are on the back of the card. The 16-digit card number is printed under the barcode, and the 4-digit PIN is under the silver scratch-off panel. Keep your PIN private: anyone with your card and PIN can use the balance.
My card says it isn't activated. What should I do?
Cards are activated at the register when they're purchased. If you bought your card recently and it still shows as not activated, bring the card and your receipt to the store and we'll help.
I entered the wrong PIN and my card is locked.
For your security, a card is locked for 30 minutes after several incorrect PIN attempts. Wait and try again, or visit us in store with your card.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Treat your gift card like cash. Contact us right away at (631) 350-0880 with your card number if you have it, and we can place the remaining balance on hold. We can't restore balance that was already used.
Can I give a gift card to someone else?
Of course, they make a great gift. Whoever has the card and PIN can use it, as long as they meet our age and ID requirements to shop in store.
Can I add more money to my card?
Ask a team member in store and they'll help you out.
